order in Push v. Al1ain, the l{ississippi
registratffichalTengt Judge xeady his cer-
tified a defendant class of county officials,
denied defendants motion to dismiss despite intenrening
ameliorative legislation and sympathetically
reviewed the facts of our litigation. Congrat-
ulations to Pat Hanrahan and Judith Reed.
