Attorneys of the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, Inc. (LDF) will file suit tomorrow, Marbh 10, 1970, in District court in Richmond, Va., seeking integration of that city's public schools. LDF contends that under present "freedom of choice," there are clearly identifiable black and white schools. Attorneys handling the case are Roland Ealey, LDF cooperating attorney in Richmond, and LDF Assistant Counsel Norman Chachkin of the New York office who can be reached at 212-Ju 6-8397
