RE: Major v. Treen
Dear Jim:
I enclose my first draft of attorneys' fees in
Major v. Treen (totalling 670.6 hours). I en-
close a separate statement of law student hours
(80.5) and a summary of expenses paid by LDF
($25,674.11). The expense summary does not
include $1,235.00 for xeroxing.
Please let me know if you need anything further
from me. I apologize for the delay in getting
this draft to you.
rely,
Lani Guinier
