Based upon the representations made during an in-chambers 

conference on February 25, 1986, it is ORDERED that the plaintiffs' claim 

against Lee County is set for hearing on March 4, 1986, at 8:30 a.m. in the 

fourth floor courtroom of the federal courthouse in Montgomery, Alabama, to 

the extent that the plaintiffs seek preliminary injunctiwe relief and class 

certification.
