Plaintiffs, Erika Matthews, et. al, by their undersigned 

counsel, hereby move for leave of court to rile a Memorandum in 

Support of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Against 

Defendant Kenneth Kaiser that is in excess of the fifteen page 

limit prescribed by the Special Notice Regarding Motions. See 

Special Notice Regarding Motions Contatined in Order Setting Status 

Conferfence By Richard W. Wieking, Clerk (December 20, 1990). 

Plaintiffs ask that they be allowed to file a memorandum that is no 

longer than 20 pages in length, and as grounds therefore, state: 

1. The Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is a 

dispositive motion that involves review of extensive legislative 

and administrative material. 

2. This motion for Partial Summary Judgment involves 

important issues that should be thoroughly presented since they 

affect large numbers of people. 

3. The Attorney General’s Office has authorized 

undersigned counsel to state that it has acknowledged the 

seriousness of the issues presented by this case and "clearly" has 

no objection to this motion. 

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Erika Matthews, et. al., hereby
