The defendants hereby give notice that on the above noted 

date defendants responded to plaintiffs' Fourth Request for 

Production of documents dated March 25, 1991 as follows: 

The defendants have fully responded to Requests No. 

17,:18,.19,.:20 21, 22, 

25, 26, 28, 30, 31, and 32 by providing the plaintiffs with the 

requested documents or advising the plaintiffs that no such 

documents exist. 

2. The defendants have responded to Requests 1, 9, and 27 by 

answering the request in part and objecting to the request in 

part. 

3. Defendants have responded to Requests No. 3, 7, and 29 by
