Dear Larry:
Enclosed please find a letter we sent to
defendants and the defense comments on our
attorney time records in Mqjpg_:q.__Tr99n.
I am very distracted these days by our reg-
istration litigation; however, I do not want
our attorney fees to faII through the
cracks. Jim Kellogg has never sent me a
complete set of what we submitted to the
defendants, other than the summary sheet I
am for:r^rarding to you.
Please call me after you have a chance to
review this.
Thanks.
