MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

FOR ORAL ARGUMENT

Plaintiffs respectfully move this Court for a brief

extension of time from September 9, 1977 to September 12,

1977 or as soon thereafter as is convenient for this Court

to hear oral argument on all motions on the following

grounds:

(1) Ms. Beth Lief, counsel for plaintiffs, has to

appear before the Honorable Edward N. Cohn in the United

States District Court for the Eastern District of

Pennsylvania on September 9, 1977 at 1:30 P.M., to

hear all outstanding motions in the case of Coleman,

et al. v. Carr Realty, et al., Civil Action No. 77-377.

2. Because of this prior commitment, counsel is

unable to be physically present on September 9, 1977

to argue outstanding motions in the above-entitled

actions.

3. Counsel for plaintiffs are as anxious as all

parties for the swift, efficient and orderly progression

of these actions and, therefore, request that oral argu-

ment be heard as soon after September 9, 1977 as is conven-

ient for this Court,

WHEREFORE, plaintiffs respectfully request that the

motion be granted.

Respectfully submitted,
