It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the same be 

‘denied save in the following respects: | 

| (a) For the remainder of the 1969- 70 school torts: 

the Scooba atterdinas Center shall accommodate grades 1-8 and 

Spencer Attendance Center shell scéomickete grades 1-12. Defendants 

are directed to assign 89 Negro students in attendance in grades 

1-8 at Spencer Attendance Colter To the Scouts Attendance Center 

beginning on Sanity 5, 1970. he | | 

The sixth grade math classes from Spencer and | i 

Scooba will be taught together at Spencer. The eighth grade 

| | english classes from Spencer and Scooba will be taucht together 

at Scooba. Remedial reading for the two schools will be taught 

only at Spencer. All students at Spencer who are enrolled in 

Vocational Agriculture in the tenth, elev renth and twelfth grades 

will attend integrated classes dally at the Vo-tech center,
