SECTION "A" 

This matter came before the Court for a status conference at 

the request of counsel for plaintiffs. It was the consensus of 

all counsel that the pre-trial conference presently set for De-

cember 7, 1988 at 3:30 and the trial set for December 14, 1988 

should be continued, and it is accordingly ORDERED that they are 

hereby , continued to be re-set at a later date. A status confer-

ence will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 1989 at 3:30 p.m. 

By agreement of the parties, all discovery shall be stayed 

until December 19, 1988. The stay shall remain in effect there-

after unless any party moves at that time to lift the stay.
