Enclosed please find a copy of the City’s Brief in support of their appeal to the Court of 

Appeals, as well as a full set of the papers submitted by the Campaign and the City to the 

Appellate Division. Also enclosed are a few articles that may be of some use to you in your 

effort to put together an amicus brief for DC37. If I come across other items of interest, I will 

pass them along.
