JUDGMENT FOR INTERIM ATTORNEY FEES 
  

In accordance with the November 6, 1986 findings of the 

Court announced on that date, judgment for an interim award of 

attorneys fees is hereby entered against the defendants in favor | 

of plaintiffs in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars 

($100,000.00). This judgment shall bear interest from this date 

forward. Satisfaction of this judgment is conditioned upon 

plaintiffs posting bond in the amount of $100,000.00 through a 

qualifed surety company with a certificate of authority issued by 

the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to 31 USC, Section 

9304 and 31 CPR 223. .This bond is required in the event 

plaintiffs ultimately fail to recover at least the amount of this 

interim award of fees.
