DEFENDANTS' FIRST REVISED TRIAL EXHIBIT LIST
The following is a list of the defendants’ "trial exhibits as
best as it can be determined at this time. The defendants are
still in the process of analyzing exhibits and information the
plaintiffs will present that has only recently been turned over
to the defendnats. when this analysis is complete, the
defendants expect to have additional exhibits to present to the
course.
This revised list contains three (3) new exhibits; Ex. 2.34%,
3.10, and 13.17. No agreement has been reached with the
plaintiffs’ attorneys in regard to the admissibility of these
exhibits.
