The plaintiffs in this matter having commenced the above-
entitled action challenging the actions of the defendants which
are in violation of Section 2 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, as
amended, 42 U.S.C. Section 1973, appearing that said matter is
required to be heard and determined by a district court of three
judges.
Now therefore, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2284, I hereby
respectfully request you to designate two judges in addition to
myself to participate in hearing and determining this matter.
