MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL
The appellant herein moves to dismiss the appeal in the
above-entieled action, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 14.1
of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States. A
Notice of Appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States in
this case was filed in this Court on November 17, 1983. A copy
of the notice of appeal is attached hereto. However, appellant
has not yet docketed the case in the Supreme Court of the United
States.

Appellant has now determined not to proceed further
with prosecution of the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal should
be dismissed.
Appellee has no opposition to Dismissal.
