I enclose a set of exhibits containing both t'he
1980 and 1985 Plans (SH 2 and SII 3). The Court
has the only copy of SH 30 (the Flonroe County
file) and SH 31 (Mr. o'Connor's desk file which
includes the 1968 PIan).
Deval Patrick, our 1lth Circuit maven, has agreed
to do some work on the mandamus. He would like
to see your draft and a copy of the transcript
portions that the court reporter is sending you
ttonday. Ee witl have time starting Tuesday
afternoon to look at your draft. I will not be
back in the office until T?l:rsday, so you should
send him the draft and a copy of the transcript
directly. IIe thinks we should Plan to file it
June 7.
