Dear Lani and Stan:
I finally received the material from Stan for introduction into
evidence. The Louisiana Roster of Officials and the Roster of Black
Officials were both filed with the court. Although both of you had
told me that Gordon Henderson's vita was to be introducted into evi-
dence, I checked the transcripts and found that the defendant's stip-
ulated to his expertise and the vita was apparently never offered
into evidence. Accordingly, I did not mark it or file it with the
court.
