ORDER 
  

Based upon the representations made in open court on February 7, 

1986, by counsel for all parties, it is ORDERED: 

(1) That the plaintiffs' January 16, 1986, motion to change 

identification of parties is granted; 

(2) That the plaintiffs' February 6, 1986, petition for 

preliminary injunction and class certification order and all of the 

defendants' motions to dismiss, motions for transfer, motions to sever, and 

similar motions are set for an evidentiary hearing on March 4, 1986, at 8:30 

a.m. in the fourth floor courtroom of the federal courthouse in Montgomery, 

Alabama; 

(3) That the parties are to file proposed findings of fact and 

conclusions of law by February 28, 1986; and 

(4) That the parties are to exchange by February 24, 1986, lists 

of witnesses and exhibits to be used at the March 4 hearing.
