ORDER
The court being of the opinion that the proposed settlement is
"fair, reasonable, and adequate as to the entire plaintiff class,"
and "is not illegal, against public policy, or the product of fraud
or collusion," Dillard v. Crenshaw County, 748 F. Supp. 819, 823
(M.D. Ala. 1990), it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the
court that the parties’ joint motion for approval of settlement,
filed on April 5, 1994, be and it is hereby granted.
DONE, this the 14th day of April, 1994.
