Crenshaw County, 748 F. Supp. 819, 823 (M.D. Ala. 1990), it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that the parties’ joint motion for approval of settlement, filed on April 5, 1994, be and it is hereby granted.
