Re: Major v. Treen

Dear Gordon:

Please find enclosed a check from Marty Feldman for $383,68, as partial
payment of your deposition expenses. The amount represents the difference
between your bill and that of Ken Selle: we will be paying the remainder of
your bill. As I explained to you by telephone, I am submitting a bill to
the Legal Defense Fund for the remainder of the amount, and you should re-

ceive payment from them directly.

I also mentioned to you that a check has been cut for your expenses re-
lated to the case (other than the deposition), and that you should be re-
ceiving that check directly from the Legal Defense Fund at any time now.

Please get in touch with me if you have not received it by the time you get

this letter.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to working

with you again soon.

Sincerely,

Cte
Tr
