I am also interested in receiving a population count by race andvoting _age for _the 19 precincts witliiri the cities of Helena andWest Helena. Since the Bureau of the Census has block 1evel d.atafor these two cities, r understand it may be possibre to providean accurate apProximation for within-the-city precincts witfroutactually splitting the block data.
