This matter having come before the Court on the motion 

of plaintiffs for an extension of time to answer defendant, 

Kipton Kaplan's motion to dismiss and the Court. having considered 

the motion, and being fully advised in its premises it is, therefore, 

this 2¢{ KX day of August, 1977 hereby 

ORDERED that the motion is granted and that plaintiffs are 

granted five (5) additional days, to and including September 6, 1977, 

to file their answer to defendant, Kipton Kaplan's motion to dismiss.
