A status conference was held in this matter on January 10, 1985.
PRESENT: Patricia Bowers
Larry Menefee
Steven Scheckman
Plaintiff shall advise defendant of the name of the expert or experts
to be used at trial on plaintiff's behalf on or before January 17, 1985.
Plaintiff's counsel has advised that deposition testimony will be
introduced as a portion of plaintiff's case. Defendant has no objection
to this but counsel reserves the right to call these same witnesses in
person at the time of trial.
Plaintiff's counsel advised he intended to move before Judge~Collins
that Judge Collins evaluate the issue of trial performance rather than the
Magistrate. Counsel shall raise this matter before Judge Collins to
insure trial of the issue on or before February 13, 1985.

Objections to outstanding interrogatories shall be filed on or
before March 13, 1985 and noticed for hearing on or before March 30, 1985.
Any interrogatories to which objection is not lodged shall be answered on
or before March 30, 1985. x
Any motions to compel which defendant wishes to file shall-be lodged on
or before January 31, 1985.
There shall be a pre-trial conference herein on April 30, 1985 at
10:00 a.m. Counsel shall submit a pre-trial memorandum and proposed
findings of fact and conclusions of law at the time of the pre-trial
conference.
Trial shall commence before the Magistrate on May 6, 1985 at 10:00 a.m.
Counsel estimate the trial will last one (1) day.
