Dear Mr. Dudley:
I am writing to confirm my oral request of you 
that you begin transcribing as soon as possible 
the testimony of Sapt. John Coletta and of Dr.
Jerry Francisco at the trial of the above-mentioned 
case. I would very much like transcripts of their 
testirrony for purposes unrelated, at this time, to any further proceedings in the Garner case.
I would appreciate your assistance in this regard 
very much.
