BRADLEY M. THOMPSON, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he 
is the President of The Detroit Legal News and its division 
The Inland Press and he has been informed that the transcript 
xn the Bradley case is approximately 5,000 pages and that said 
transcrj.pt has been examined and he does promise that The Inland 
Press will set in type, proof, print and bind 100 copies of 
said transcript in approximately 90 days. Such promise is given 
provided proofs of said transcript are read, corrected and 
promptly retunned to The Inland Press. .
