PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the plaintiffs in the above- 

captioned matter will take depositions, on oral examination, 

of the following persons: James H. Carson, Law Building, 

Charlotte, North Carolina; Dr. John A. Finger, Professor, 

Rhode Island College, Providence, Rhode Island; and J. D. 

Morgan, Assistant Superintendent in charge of transportation, 

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education, Charlotte, Worth 

Carolina before Mrs. Evelyn Berger or some other qualified 

court reporter on the llth day of March, 1970, beginning at 

ll o'clock a. m. of that day and continuing thereafter from 

day to day until such depositions are completed, at the office 

of Chambers, Stein, Ferguson and Lanning, 216 West Tenth 

Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.
