DEFENDANTS' LIST OF WITNESSES

ursuant tc tne Court's pretrial order, the defendants’
offer the attached documents as their list of witnesses.
The defendants wish to note that they are still in the
process of analyzing the evidence which the plaintiffs expect to
present at trial. This process has been delayed because of the
plaintiffs' refusal to cooperate in the defendants' initial
efforts to schedule the depositions of the plaintiffs' experts,
delays sccassionad when the plaintiffs' attorneys improperly
instructed two of their expert witnesses not to answer legitimate
questions posed by defense counsel at depositions, numerous
difficulties in scheduling the depositions of the plaintiffs’
experts, long delays in answering the defendants' discovery
requests, insufficient and indirect responses to the defendants’
disccvery requests, and other obstacles created by the
plairt:iris.
Because the defendants are still in the process of analyzing
the plaintiffs evidence it is possible that the defendants will
find it necessary to call additional witnesses at some point in
the future. If tre defendants find that they need to call
additional witnesses,
disclosed to the Court and to the plaintiffs as soon as possible.
