SUPPLEMENT TO THE DEFENDANTS’ 

DISCLOSURE OF NON-EXPERT WITNESSES 
  

The defendants offer the following additional names to their 

list of non-expert witnesses. The defendants were unable to 

provide the names of these witnesses in their earlier disclosure 

because they were not aware of the information these witnesses 

could present to the court at that time. 

1 John E. Keavany, Administrator, Human Resources 

Department, Hartford Public Schools: Mr. Keavany is expected to 

present information regarding the professional preparation of 

teachers and administrators in the Hartford Public Schools in 

response to claims made by the olaintiffs through one of their 

expert witnesses. 

2. John Hubert, Research and Evaluation Specialist, 

Hartford Public Schools: Mr. Hubert is expected to explain the 

 



  

  

    

way in which the SABE test results reported by one of the 

plaintiffs’ expert witnesses are affected by the operation of 

Hartford's Bilingual Education Program. 

WHEREFORE, the defendants offer this supplement to their 

disclosure of non-expert witnesses.
