Dear Mr. Stevas:

I am counsel of record for appellees. in the above

noled, April 29, 1985. Pursuant to our conversa-
tj.on of iray 3 , 1985, I write to alert you to a

poiential -problem I have regarding the briefing
ichedule dlscribed in the t{emorandum to Counsel in
a;;;" Granted Review on April 29, 1985' The brief
i;; appellents is now due June 13, 1985. Accordingly,
the brief for-aptelfees will be due in mid-July, 1985'

As I Stated during our conversation, I am also lead
counsel for one oi three co-defendants in a criminal
j;t case that is set for trial June 17, 1985 19lt!99
