Dear Lani:

Thank you for sending me the article about the Corpus Christi,
Texas case. As soon as you get a copy of the decision, please
forward that to me.

By the way, the depositions of Rauch, Li1ley and John Sanders
went pretty wel1. The deposition of Billy Mil1s was sort of
a bust but I would rather have done it in a deposiEion than
find out that it was going to be a bust at trial.

The new trial date takes some of the pressure off, but Sarah
is going to start working Monday and I intend to spend a fair
amount of time in the next several- weeks trying to get our
evidence together.
