and is to be tried ln Al-icevillu city courr on Janurery 13, 1g32, which'
could reeult ln a jail sentencc and a finl. Thc City has only onc witness --
the so-called victln. The City hasn't relcased ani' information obout thj.s
alleged incident and Brother Sledge knows nothirrg i:bouE it. Brotht-r 3ledg.-,
has witnesses who wiLl testify that he was net pros,tnt wli.:re this suppos;ed
incident occurred and would never do anything li-ke this " Brothcr Sledge main-

to indicate that he would act in such a rv.r-r.

However, there ls rnuch -i.n the rccord of the City officials thit wculd
