Pursuant to Eastern Dj-strict Local Rule 25.02, Ms. Leslie
Winner has proposed that we meet j-n my of fice on July 6 , 1983,
for the purpose of conferring and preparing a proposed iinat
pre-tria1 Order.

Though the Rul-e technically requires us to meet by July S,
1983, MS. Winner has requested that that date be postponed to
the second day following July 4, 1983. Should any of you oppose
meeting on the 6th, please contact me immediately.

We propose meeting for the entire day, commencing at 10:30
a.m. Please be prepared to produce your completed portions of
