Re: Thornburq v. Ginqles

Dear Friends:

r have now moved on to the next stage of the Gingles litigation
which is collecting our fees. r would like to g-et.Togeth6r atotal of our time and expenses as soon as possibre so that we
can present it, to the state. r am not sure how likely it isthat the state wirl resolve the fee question with us lmicably,
but that seems worth a tryr and if they won't, r would rike Logo on and get a petition filed.
Please get me a list of what you think are your compensable time
and expenses in this matter as soon as possible. (How about
August 15?) Lani, if maritar festivities and moving make this
impossibre for your prease just let me know when r can expect toreceive an estimate from you. r assume that Lani wirr gel
together arr of LDFrs various lawyers time and expenses.
