The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Stonewall, Mississippi, JAMES HAYWOOD, LAVELLE CARMICHAEL, MAXIE COMBEST, ARDELL COVINGTON, EUGENE OGLESBY AND DELMAR SMITH, are added as parties defendant to this cause; 2.
