Plaintiffs having filed on June 12, 1970 their motion to add as parties 

defendants the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Stonewall, Mississippi, James 

Haywood, Lavelle Carmichael, Maxie Combest, Ardell Covington, Eugene 

Oglesby, and Delmar Smith; and plaintiffs having further moved that the pro- 

posed added defendant be enjoined from forming the Stonewall Municipal Sep=- 

arate School District; 

And the aforesaid Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Stonewall, Miss- 

issippi, having appeared before the Court, through counsel, and having advised 

the Court that they confess plaintiffs! motion; 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, 

1. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Stonewall, Mississippi, JAMES 

HAYWOOD, LAVELLE CARMICHAEL, MAXIE COMBEST, ARDELL COVINGTON, 

EUGENE OGLESBY AND DELMAR SMITH, are added as parties defendant to this 

cause; 

2. The said Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Stonewall, Mississippi, and 

those in active concert with them, are preliminarily enjoined from forming the 

Stonewall Municipal Separate School District and otherwise interfering with or 

undermining orders entered by this Court and the United States Court of Appeals 

for the Fifth Circuit.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, taat the Clerk of the Court shall enter 

the name of Sam Wilkins, Esquire, Suite 1035, First National Bank Building,
