Dear Mr. Rodak:
I have been made acquainted with the contents of the response which has been, or
will shortly be, filed by the United States in
connection with the pending petition for a writ
of certiorari in the above-captioned matter.
Since we are in agreement with the
position of the United States, the respondents
whom I represent (the intervening plaintiffs
below, Buckley et al.) do not desire to file a
separate brief in opposition to certiorari.
