I have enclosed a copy of defendants' first set of interro-
gatories to us. As you can see by the enclosed stipulation, we
have agreed that our time to answer them will not run until the
Justice Department rules on theplans. However, if the Justj-ce
Dgpartment does approve the plans, we will be facing a very hetic
30 days, and so I suggest that we ought to be working on the
