Dear Steve:

I have gotten your memo of January 19. Unfortunately, I must
be in Raleigh until noon on February 17. The best I can do
is a 12:30 plane which wiLL get me back to Charlotte at 1:15.
Is it possible to change the meeting untiL 2:00 on that day?

Also, ry recollection is that Napoleon is going to prepare
the motion f,or summary judgment and that I am preparing the
class action documents.

Enclosed is an article about Ken Spaulding which I think might
interest you. T will forsard the Department of Justice's
objection to the House plan as soon as I receive it.

Peace.

Sincerely,

d*L
