RE: Bradley v. Milliken, 338 F.Supp
582 (E.D. Mich. 1971) ___

Dear Sir:

The May 8, 1972 Federal Supplement advance sheet
lists Louis R. Lucas, Esq. and myself, and Ratner,
Sugarmon & Lucas, as attorneys for plaintiffs in Bradley
v. Milliken, 338 F.Supp. 582 (E.D. Mich. 1971). It
should be noted that other counsel of record for plaintiffs
actively participated in the trial of this case and other
wise made significant contributions to plaintiffs' cause.
The permanent edition of Volume 338 should, therefore,
include the following additional attorneys of record for
plaintiffs:

H. HAROLD FLANNERY E. WINTHER McCROOM

I am sure that Judge Roth or his law clerk will be
happy to confirm the foregoing, should you deem such con
firmation necessary.
