While the trip to the airport in Julius' Mercedes
did not include all the principals, we did get enough of an agree-
mentonthenextdateandtimeofourmeetinginChar1otteto
settle the question, unless there is principled objections. We
will be meeting on Wednesday, February 17th, 4t 12:00 Noon in
Julius' office.
Regrettably, snow on the landscape of Atlanta has
delayed our meeting with Peter Harkins, although I trust that we
will-have met him 6y the time the post brings you this note.
The weather has also delayed the arrival of the census
data for Hoke Robeson, so that we will not be able to produce some
hypothetical, single-member districts in that area for consideration
by Justice on the original schedule.
