Ttrey seek to permanently enjoin defendants to use ttre election districts adopted in this court's order dated October 30, 1984.1 RuIe 62(c), F.R.Civ.p. Defendants have notified the court that they do not intend to file a response in opposition to the notion. Accordingly, plaintiff'E unopposed notion is allowed, the court's injunction of October 30, 1984 is continued in effect and defendants are enjoined to use the election districts outlined therein in connection with all elections to be held pending the appeal of this action.
