Defendants ln the above-captioned actlon, ln llght of this Courtrs original order and Memorandum Oplnion of 27 January, 1984, advise the Court that they choose to file no response, in opposition to Plirinttffst / Intervenors' l'lotion for Permanent Relief which requests the establish- ment of permanent election districts for representatjves to the North Carolina House of Representatives from wilson, Naslr and Edgeconrbe counties as set forth in N.c. Gen. stat. SI20-2 and the perrnanent election district for the Senator from Senate District 1 as set forth in N.c. Gen. stat. $120-1, to the extent that said motion requests relief in those districts only until the Statets next regularly scheduled redistricting following the I990 census.
