Attorneys for Plaintiffs in Cavanagh consent to the extension requested herein. WHEREFORE, the Defendants request the court to grant an extension of time through and to Wednesday, January 19, 1983, for the Defendants to file a Response to Motion for Summary Judgment, a cross-motion for sunmary judgrment, and a support- ing memorandum.
