expenses in Gingres. rncluded in the check is a refund to
LDF of arl amounts advanced to Ferguson, stein during thecourse of the litigation.
we received interest in the amount of $Br43B.5g on the fee
award as the fee award was due to be paid on Jury l. Fromthat interest we subtracted the costs which were taxedagainst plaintiffs by the Supreme Court. We have
apportioned the remaining $5r715.10 among everyone who wasdue to receive a portion of the award in propoition to theirshare.
